Some easy steps to properly align you body:
1 - Place big toes firmly on the floor and slightly roll your feet to the outside - Keep big toes on the ground
2 - Tuck pelvis - To alleviate LBP
3 - Shoulders up and back
4 - Chin level and slightly back
This can feel unnatural at first but with practice will become easier and normal.
Be aware you may also feel fatigue and aches due to activating muscles that have been inactive.
